DESCRIPTION
WP 8 is based on Gresmalt's experience in managing complex research, development, and innovation projects with multiple partners.
The aim is to create a management and coordination system to deal with the complexity and variety of disciplines involved in the project, ensuring proper conduct of activities and reporting.
Techniques of project management, social analysis and digital communication will be used.
The results will be effective coordination of project teams and dissemination of results to key stakeholders.
In addition, WP8 aims to assess the impact of the project on society and territories, an innovative aspect for industrial research projects.
