The START project officially kicked off on May 1, 2023, following the conclusion of the evaluation process conducted by CNR-ISSMC and UniCredit Banca on behalf of the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy. This step marked the project's entry into the operational phase, implementing the provisions of the Innovation Agreement.
On May 16, 2023, the project kick-off meeting was held, with the participation of all the partners involved. The meeting, held online, represented the first official operational coordination moment, aimed at aligning the parties involved on the organizational structure and working methods.
During the meeting, the Management Committee was formally established, tasked with ensuring the overall coordination of the project and monitoring the progress of activities. This body plays a central role in ensuring consistency between the activities carried out and the objectives defined in the project phase.
During the kick-off meeting, the tools dedicated to monitoring activities and sharing content and results were also presented. These tools will support collaboration between partners, facilitate the exchange of information, and ensure structured and transparent management of the project throughout its duration.
Another point addressed during the meeting concerned the schedule of activities. Based on the shared plan, the methods for starting the activities for each Implementation Objective were defined, clarifying the initial timelines and operational responsibilities of the partners.
The kick-off meeting therefore laid the organizational and operational foundations for the implementation of the START project, promoting initial alignment among all those involved. With the start of activities and the definition of governance and monitoring tools, the project is now entering its full implementation phase, focused on the development of planned activities and the achievement of established objectives.
